    How the hall works

    1. Claim. Hold 10,000 $CLAIMHALL and claim while the round's clock runs. The first claim is at least 0.001 ETH; every claim after it is at least 10% over the one standing.
    2. Top. Your claim pays three things in one transaction: the claim itself, 10% of the claim you top (sent with their whole claim straight back to them) and 5% dues into the pot.
    3. Close. A claim with under two minutes left pushes the close out two minutes. When the clock runs out the holder takes their claim back plus the whole pot, and the next round opens.
    4. Pull. Refunds and winnings sit in the contract under your address until you pull them. The house takes nothing and can't touch a claim or the pot.

    A claims 0.020 and sends 0.021 (0.001 dues). B tops at 0.030 and sends 0.0335: A is credited 0.022 (0.020 back + 0.002), the pot is now 0.0025. Nobody tops B before the clock runs out: B takes 0.030 + 0.0025 = 0.0325.
